Crown Guide PS3 Hot Shots Golf World Invitational Challenge Mode. How to Unlock Crowns PS3 Hot Shots Guide Walkthru. Gold Crowns cheats for Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational. When you complete the following tasks in 'Gold vs. Character' you will unlock the corresponding Gold Crown. 1-1: Win with 2,000+ points. 1-2: Use a rising shot and Win. 1-3: Hit GIR in 1 Stroke on a Par 4 and Win. 1-4: Win with GIR frequency 100%.
Crown Requirments 1 - 1: Win the match with 2000 points or moreAfter each hole, you will receive a certain amount of points depending on performance. A few tips are always try to land on the fairway and achieve your GIR!1-2: Sink a Rising Shot and Win the matchDo a Rising Shot (Down for the power, Up on impact) and sink it in for the Golden Crown.1-3: Hit GIR in 1 Stroke and Win the matchFor this challenge, I would wait until you unlock Max. He is the heavy hitter and with both Power club and ball in hand, this should be attainable on the first hole.1-4: Win the match with 100% GIR frequencyI would take this match nice and slow for this challenge. Making GIR (Greens In Regulation) is only making a certain amount of shots before you hit the green. For Par 3 = 1 shot, Par 4 = 2 shots, Par 5 = 3 shots.1-5: Win the match with over 3 bogeys. This shouldn't be too hard because this will be a 18 hole course.
I recommended getting the bogeys on the easier holes.1-VS: Win the match with an eagleThis probably won't be done the first time and with more gameplay, this challenge should be easy to obtain.
I recently got Hot Shots Golf World Invitational. I'm loving it so far. However, I believe I've reached a technical limitation that I can't overcome. At the point in the game that I'm at, it seems to become too dependent on 'Perfect Impact' hits. Many crowns require you to be able to do PI at least 50% of the time, and many special shots require it as well. I've spent some time practicing my timing and it seems far too unforgiving. It seems like if I'm less than a second too fast or too slow, I miss it completely. After a few hours of practice, I'm about as miserable as I was when I started.
I almost always land in the 'white zone', but it seems like a tossup whether or not I'll hit a PI. I'd like to reach the higher leagues, but I don't know if I'm wasting my time at this point if I can't get a better PI rate.Any thought or advice?. You don't need every crown to beat the game, just to get the platinum trophy. The special shot crowns you only need to do the shot one time so you usually have 9 chances at getting the perfect impact.
The harder part is actually getting the shot to go in. As for the 50% crown I do recall it being difficult when I first tried for it, but I found myself getting over 50% on other courses so I stuck to that one until I got it. I found certain characters seemed to be easier to get perfect impact with, but it probably also depends on your familiarity to them and on which clubs and ball you set them up with. I just checked my save, averaged 28.1 PI.' Beat the game' is subjective. I got all the crowns.
Some may consider beating Izzak on the final course, or getting platinum as beating the game.Actually, I think they roll credits after beating Izzak so that may be the best interpretation.Special shot crowns just take time. Even with 20% PI, you only have to play the course 5 times on average before you snag the crown.

Check your PI rating under the 'DATA' tab. Pick a player your comfortable with and practice some more.I think getting PI is easier when your not thinking about getting PI.
